By authorizing and running this script, you acknowledge that this is an internal productivity tool provided by xSoTec . It is intended to automate routine tasks and should be used exclusively for professional, work-related activities.
2. Operational Limits (The “Google Factor”)
Please be aware that this script operates within the Google Workspace Quota system.
- Daily Limits: Features like automated emails, URL fetches, and file creations have daily caps set by Google.
- Performance: If the script “times out” or fails to run, it is usually due to these external limits or large data sets. Please contact Jay@xSoTec.com if you encounter persistent errors.
3. Data & Access
- Permissions: The script will ask for “OAuth” permissions (e.g., View your Spreadsheets ). This is required for the script to perform actions as you .
- Storage: This script does not transmit data to external third-party servers. All processing happens within the xSoTec Google environment.
- Logging: For troubleshooting purposes, basic execution data (who ran the script and when) may be logged internally.
4. Ownership & Code
- Company Property: The logic, code, and custom functions within this script are the intellectual property of xSoTec .
- No Unauthorized Tweaks: Please do not modify the script editor or the appsscript.json file unless you have been designated as a maintainer. Unauthorized changes can break workflows for other users.
5. “As-Is” Disclaimer
While we strive for 100% accuracy, this tool is provided “as-is.”
Note: Always double-check critical outputs (like sent emails or calculated totals) before finalizing your work. The developer is not responsible for scenarios where script malfunctions might occur.
6. Privacy & Data Handling

- Logs are retained only for operational and debugging purposes and are not used for marketing or profiling.
